The new season is underway and it’s been a joy to see our groups and gatherings in full swing, and that new people are settling in and starting to feel at home.

This time of year always stirs something in me, especially as we just marked our 7-year anniversary as a church. I find myself looking back at our small beginnings and looking to where we are now, seeing His faithfulness written all over our story. Honestly, who could have imagined? But the truth is ... God did.

He chose us, predestined us according to the purpose of His will. We are His beloved, and He is shaping His Church, making it beautiful in His time. As we lay aside the things that hinder us and continue to mature, we grow into Him who is the Head, Christ Himself. He is the One holding us together, joining us as one.

Charles Spurgeon once called the church "the dearest place on earth." May this be a season where our love for Jesus grows and deepens, along with our love for one another, for His Church, His Body, His Bride. May we be a true community; a people who are open, welcoming, and joyfully united in Him, growing ever more into His likeness.

This season, we’re planning a few community events which we’ll call “ComeUnity.” These are simple opportunities to connect, spend time together and enjoy being part of a church family. First up is our annual Autumn Walk on Sunday the 5th of October, a great way to enjoy nature and some good company.

We’re excited to see how God will continue to grow and unite us in this new season together.
