“I HAVE MADE YOU A LIGHT FOR THE GENTILES,
THAT YOU MAY BRING SALVATION TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH”
Acts 13 verse 47

Our vision, call and passion as Redeemer is to see a church full of Redeemed, Spirit filled, Word based, Worshiping, Praying passionate disciples of Jesus. Being salt and light in their homes, neighbourhoods, community’s in Maastricht and beyond.
// Redeemed
Celebrating and sharing our salvation as a daily mission. Where testimonies about the grace of God and the amazing work of Jesus at the cross will be spread widely across the area and reach the unsaved. Longing for radical conversions that result in life changing stories that will change a whole community.
We believe in a message of grace, not primarily by following rules or regulations, but by receiving and living from Gods given grace through His son Jesus. Acts 2 v 42-47, 15 v 11
// Spirit filled
Living daily by the power of the Holy Spirit within us. Not moving forward without His guidance and presence in any way. Always open to and longing for the gifts of the Spirit.
Where we will become fruitful and be full of faith and expectation that God will work in supernatural ways. 1 Corinthians 12, Acts 1
// Word based
The bible is our guide, sword, treasure and refuge. Gods Word to build up, strengthen and show Gods marvelous nature. As we grow to become mature and strong disciples full of His Word and holding fast to what is good and true, so that we become more like Jesus. Hebrews 4 v 12, 1 Thessalonians 5 v 21, romans 9 v 29
// Worship
Where we are full in awe of His majesty and His divine nature. Thankfulness is expressed in a joyful, active and visible way trough worship and prayer. That people may see and taste that God is good. Worshipping and glorifying Jesus is our primary focus every time we meet and in our personal lives. Ephesians 5:20, Colossians 3:15–17
// Prayer
The visible “engine” of prayer centralized in our lives, our families and the church.
As we pray together, humbly depending on Him, the power and direction of God will bring us forth. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, Philippians 4:6-7, Mark 11:24
// Passionate disciples
Training and developing strong and passionate followers of Jesus, who will step out boldly. That we will be known for our love for Jesus and the people of
Maastricht. Taking our responsibility to care for the poor and needy, serving this beautiful city and opening up our homes and sharing the gospel to anyone and everyone, seeing more disciples being added daily. Acts 2 v 42-47, Ephesians 3:16-19
// Apostolic relations and eldership
Shaped, sharpened, stimulated, tested by Apostolic oversight on a relational basis. In support to the team of male Elders, who lead, guide, direct and love the church. Shepherds as an example to the herd, working together as equals in a team with one dedicated team leader. To equip his people for works of service, so that the body of
Christ may be built up, until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of
God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Ephesians 4 v11,12
