ACCESSIBILITY

The auditorium is on the 2nd floor of the venue and has a staircase or the use of a large elevator. Everything is easy accessible with wheel- a/o pushchairs. Please reach out to the welcome team when you are in need of assistance.

WELCOME PROCEDURE

 The Redeemer welcome team will guide you into our new venue. Please do carefully follow their instructions as the venue and surrounding spaces are large than we are use to and we maintain a stricter safety- and security policy.

CHILD REGISTRATION

 We would like to ask all parents with children to register their kid(s) for our kidswork programs at the info desk at entrance. We will be working with a more strict safety- and security protocol regarding creating a safe environment for our little ones.

PARKING OPTIONS CAR

There are some parking spots directly next to our venue, but you are not able to park there unless you have special needs or disabilities. Please contact us beforehand if this is the case and we will inform you about the procedure.

 

There is plenty of free & paid parking space close to the venue, max 5 minutes walk.

PARKING OPTIONS BIKE

You can park your bike just at the left side of the main entrance.

There is plenty of space, but please do lock your bike well.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Take line 1,3 or 6 and use the stop "Statensingel". It's only a 3 minute walk from there.

You can also walk from the central trainstation, which will take you about 15-20 minutes.
