A special seminar
Anxiety and depression have become prevalent in our society, affecting believers and non-believers alike. As Christians, we have an opportunity to look at mental health from a Biblical perspective, in addition to a medical or psychological perspective.
The Bible tells us to ‘be transformed by the renewing of your mind’ and ‘do not be anxious about anything,’ but how do we follow this guidance? How can we step into the ‘peace that surpasses all understanding’ that God intends for our lives?
In this special seminar, Dave Holden will give practical advice based on Biblical wisdom about how we can win the battle of our thought lives and fulfil our potential in Christ. During the session, there will be Biblical teaching, interaction, and time for ministry. This event is free to attend.
